Allison Fradkin | Literary Coordinator, Women's Work

Allison Fradkin serves as the Literary Coordinator for Pride Films and Plays’ annual Women’s Words Festival. She is a graduate of Purchase College, State University of New York, where she studied Dramatic Writing and Women’s Studies. Her plays have been featured in a number of festivals, among them In Our Home: Brooklyn Pride Project (Modern-Day Griot Theatre Company), Briefs (Theatre Out, Audience Award: Best of the Fest), Snapshots (20% Theatre Chicago), Queer Shorts (StageQ), Girl Play (The Women’s Theatre Project, Audience Award: Best of the Fest), Gay Play Series (Who Wants Cake? Theatre), SlamBoston (Another Country Productions), I Can’t Think Straight (Ensemble Theatre of Chattanooga), and Page-to-Stage (The Kennedy Center). Allison also adapts scripts for Special Gifts Theatre and performs in community theatre.
