PAC presents Queer Bits Film Festival

Pride Films and Plays announces that several short films will receive receiving their Chicago premieres during Queer Bits Film Festival. Dozens of entries were received from countries around the world for consideration. The screening begins at 7:30 on June 17, and will be followed by a brief talkback and social hour with the audience and special guests .  Please come early and have a drink with us! Warning: some of the short films contain adult themes, nudity, and strong language. You are going to love them! Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at pridefilmsandplays.com. Queer Bits Fall Film Festival III

Pride Films and Plays announces eight short films receiving their Chicago premieres during Queer Bits Fall Film Festival III at the Public House Theatre, 3914 N Clark, on November 13th, 2016 at 7pm. Dozens of entries were received from countries around the world for consideration. Pride Films and Plays’ Queer Bits Fall Film Festival III will showcase eight short films ranging in genres and subject matter. The program includes a chilling thriller about boyfriends dealing with their anxieties, a sexy comedy about two women giving their first date a second chance, an experimental exploration of a relationship, a quirky dramedy about a man opening up about his sexual fluidity, a timely drama about a transwoman exerting herself, and the world premiere of Pride Films and Plays’ first short film about an elderly woman accepting a heartbreaking reality. The screening begins at 7PM and will be followed by a brief talkback with the audience and special guests Dan Pal and Brittany Alsot whose films are official selections of Queer Bits Fall Film Festival III.
